Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who is on CNN and HLN's various platforms. In addition, she is the camera expert and executive producer of a TV special for the DIY NETWORK named THE LAST HOUSE STANDING which debuted on March 30th in 2012. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER, which was published by Palgrave Macmillan on January 31 of 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. While in Boston Schneider also contributed entertainment and lifestyle reporting as the special assignment reporter every day of the week. She was the weather forecaster for weekends forecaster at WFOR-TV Miami prior to joining WB56. She held various reports and meteorology roles in News 12 Long Island - a 24-hour news cable network as well as WXII-TV, the NBC affiliate station in Winston-Salem. It was also her job to frequently fill-in on The Saturday Early Show on CBS's New York City network.
