Alyson Lee Hannigan

Alyson Lee Hanigan was born on 24 March 1974. American actress and host on TV She is the daughter of actor Alyson Lee Hannigan. Her most well-known roles include parts in Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997-2003), Willow Rosenberg (2005-2014) as well as Lily Aldrin (2005–2014), which earned her the People's Choice Award in 2009. Michelle Flaherty (1999–2012) was also one of her credits. Hannigan hosts Penn Teller: Fool Us since 2016. Teller the fool Us is a show that has been on the air since 2016. Hannigan is also Claire Clancy, an animated character from Fancy Nick (2018-2018). Hannigan was born to Emilie (Posner) Haas and Alan Hannigan (a Teamsters worker). Hannigan was Hannigan's sole child. Hannigan's mother is Jewish and her father is Irish. At age four, Hannigan began appearing in commercials. She moved to Hollywood with her mom when she was 11 years old. Her father was an agent for casting in Santa Barbara while she was there. She auditioned. She went to California State University Northridge after high school. In Northridge she was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority, and graduated with a psychology degree. Hannigan made her first movie appearance in 1988's My Stepmother Is an Alien. Seth Green was one of her co-stars and later was her co-star on Buffy. Her first TV character came in 1989 in which she was cast as an actress in the ABC sitcom Free Spirit. Hannigan was just a teenager when she was an infantsitter of Bob Saget, her How I Met Your Mother co-star. Hannigan was then selected to be the character Willow Rosenberg (Buffy Summers' best friend) in the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer. She was honored with the media attention that she received in 1997. She also watched over Bob Saget's children on the show How I Met Your Mom. Angel allowed her to play Willow's character for a few episodes.
